English-Style Golden Retriever Females

These females are mothers to our English-Style Large and Medium Goldendoodle puppies.  (The sire for the Large Goldendoodles is our Standard Poodle, and the sire for our Medium Goldendoodles is our Miniature Poodle.)  These Golden Retriever females are also sometimes the mothers for our “Petite Golden Retriever” puppies when bred with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel sire!  (See “Petite Golden Retrievers” below.)

Petite Golden Retrievers

Petite Golden Retrievers are a “downsized” Golden Retriever!  The downsizing is accomplished by crossbreeding a Golden Retriever with a Spaniel. 

Timshell Farm raises specialty, smaller-size Petite Golden Retrievers with Golden Retriever mothers (see photos above) bred with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  Happy, Scout, Tillie and Dinah are examples of the Golden Retriever X Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. 

Timshell Farm’s Petite Golden Retriever females are also the mothers in our Petite Goldendoodle Breeding Program (see HERE to read more about Petite Goldendoodle breeding!)  Some of our medium sized, Petite Golden Retriever females include Ruby, Pearl , Julie, Zsa Zsa , India , and Guichy!  See their photos below.

Color: Medium Gold, soft wavy-curl coat

Description: Well proportioned dog with great features. Guichy and Zsa Zsa are sisters.  Guichy has a solid gold coat and a beautiful face with large, expressive eyes.

Disposition: Wants to be where we are, all the time!  Loves to play fetch and gets along with other dogs very well.

Personality: Super people pleaser and is very gentle.

Zsa Zsa

Zsa Zsa

Color: Almost platinum with some light gold tones.

Description: Zsa Zsa is very similar to Guichy and has a nice, stocky build with good bone structure.  She has a very beautiful coat and sweet face. 

Disposition: Zsa Zsa is full of fun and play, and she will make up games when she’s by herself, throwing the ball for herself, to go and get!  She is quiet and gentle and loves people and other animals. 

Personality: Very loving and obedient.

Izzy

Izzy

Color: White coat with deep russet/chocolate markings and freckles!  She's a "Parti" girl, like her sister Hayley!

Description: Izzy is a medium-sized, Petite Golden Retriever F2.  She has a beautiful "Parti" coat.  She has a shorter nose with a wide face, and large brown eyes.  Her coat is a sparkling white, with beautiful deep chocolate/ russet markings and she has cute freckles.  Izzy has gold eyes - beautiful! 

Disposition:  Izzy has a very calm, stable disposition. 

Personality:  She is sweet and quiet and gets along with other dogs and humans.  She loves people and is a good player.

Hayley

Color: Hayley is a Parti girl!  She has a "parti" coat - bright white with gold/blonde markings and freckles.

Description: Medium sized, Petite Golden Retriever.  Beautiful parti coat - thick and shiny with wavy curls.  Blocky head, wider face and shorter nose.

Disposition: Gentle and calm.

Personality: Loving, sweet dog that is happy and confident.

Small Petite Golden Retrievers

Tillie

Color: Golden with cream feathering

Description: Tillie is a smaller-sized, Petite Golden Retriever and she is 50% Golden Retriever and 50% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  She has a beautiful face with large eyes, silky ears and shorter nose.  . 

Disposition: Tillie is happy and confident, quiet natured, yet playful and fun.  She retrieves, loves to go for walks and loves water.  She has a great desire to please and gets along well with other dogs.   

Personality: Very loving, gentle and calm natured.

Color: Copper and gold

Description: Happy is a smaller-sized, Petite Golden Retriever and has a wavy-curl, shiny coat.  She is stocky and has a sturdy structure.  She has large, round eyes and a very beautiful face. 

Disposition: Happy is very playful, loves to fetch and loves to be with people.  She is very intent on pleasing the humans in her life!   

Personality: Very loving, snuggly and sweet.

Scout

Color: Golden blonde with white feathers

Description: Scout is a small-sized, golden Petite Golden Retriever.  She has a beautiful wavy-curl coat.  She has a shorter nose with a wide face, and large brown eyes. 

Disposition: Scout is gentle-natured and quiet, though she likes to play with children, adults and the other dogs.  She is very laid back.     

Personality: Very loving and obedient.

CoCo Chanel

CoCo Chanel

Color: Apricot and deep copper with white markings and trimmings

Description: CoCo is a playful and energetic dog, and is a small Petite Golden Retriever F1b (Her mother is a Petite Golden Retriever and her sire is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). CoCo has a short nose with a wide face, and big eyes. She has lovely ears with curls and her coat is wavy.

Disposition: CoCo is active and fun but not hyper or yappy. She loves to play but likes to settle in and watch TV, too! She is gentle, sweet and obedient.

Personality: Loving, obedient and sparkly.

Dinah

Dinah

Color: Golden with cream feathering

Description: Dinah is a small, Petite Golden Retriever (50% Golden Retriever and 50% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). She has a shorter nose, wide face and large eyes, with longer ears and little silky curls.

Disposition: Dinah is gentle-natured and really loves people and children. She gets along well with other dogs and puppies. She loves the water and loves to play. Dinah is responsive to training and lives to please.

Personality: Loving, calm and playful.
